I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Alaska and Colorado, offering counseling services through telehealth from the comfort of your home, as well as in-office sessions. I am available Monday through Friday for telehealth appointments.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to work alongside you to improve your quality of life by building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
I have experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, correctional facilities, and military family support services. Most recently, I served as a Military and Family Life Counselor, supporting active-duty service members, children, and families as they navigated stress, transitions, and behavioral challenges. I have also worked in crisis response roles, providing immediate support and resources during high-stress situations.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and incorporates evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I work with individuals to build practical, real-life skills that can be used outside of session to create lasting change.
