Healing isn’t about putting a bandage over what hurts—it’s about understanding why it hurts in the first place.
I’m a trauma therapist with a background in neuroscience, and I help clients move beyond surface-level coping to uncover and work through the root of what’s really going on. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, or patterns that just won’t seem to change, I believe there’s always a deeper story—and that’s where real healing begins. I don’t believe therapy is meant to be a lifelong dependency. My goal is to help you build insight, skills, and confidence so you can move forward feeling grounded, empowered, and in control of your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a first responder. I understand firsthand the intensity, pressure, and unseen toll that kind of work can take—not just on individuals, but on families too. Because of that, I have a strong passion for working with first responders, veterans, and high-stress professionals who are used to being the strong one for everyone else.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just real conversations that lead to real change. I am currently based in Arkansas and licensed to provide services in Alaska, New Mexico, Utah, and Iowa, with Arkansas licensure coming soon.
I hold specialized certifications as a Certified Advanced Trauma Professional (CATP), Chemical Dependency Counselor II (CDC II), and Sex Offender Treatment Provider (SOTP), and I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I also utilize evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and I serve as a Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Instructor.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start understanding yourself on a deeper level, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
Currently seeing clients on Friday and some Evenings.
